Update on the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) Ruling on Law 3869/2010 (Katseli Law)

Following the publication of the Supreme Court's (Areios Pagos) ruling on the Katseli Law (Law 3869/2010) and the legislative regulation issued by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, we are already proceeding with the necessary actions for the operational implementation of the new framework, so that eligible borrowers can benefit as soon as possible.

Until our Company completes the required actions, the relevant information does not reflect the interest calculation method based on the new framework, and we ask you to pay only the amount stated as principal for each monthly installment. The interest amount corresponding to the above principal will be recalculated based on the new framework.

Should the different calculation method result in an excess amount of interest having been paid, the provisions set out in the legislative regulation will be applied, and you will receive relevant notification from our Company as soon as the required checks have been completed.
